Police appeal following A12 falling bicycle incident


Police are appealing for information after a car travelling along the A12 was hit by a falling bicycle from another vehicle.

The incident happened on Saturday 15th December between Junction 25 (Marks Tey) and 26 (Stanway) at around 5:30pm.

A red Raleigh bicycle was reported to have fallen from the back of a vehicle and hit a Ford Kuga damaging the windscreen and bodywork.


The driver of the Kuga was not injured.

Police are trying to identify the driver of the vehicle the bicycle fell from.
