Gamer bus comes to town raising money for local charity


A thirty-seater gamer bus will be visiting Colchester over the weekend

The fully interactive and innovative show ‘Razerbus’ will be parked on the High Street this Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd December.

Organisers are raising money for the Colchester Rough Sleepers Group.

A spokesperson for Fragers, the company behind the gamer bus, said: “We will be playing a range of games from Fortnite to Smash Bro to keep you entertained while you finish off that last minute shopping.

“Entrance is free and all we ask is for an optional donation to help with the Sleeper bus project the [Rough Sleepers] group have been doing a wonderful job building this year, so that they can offer a versatile, year round safe place for those homeless in Colchester to sleep and get a warm meal.”


Vic Flores, Project Manager at Colchester Rough Sleepers Group, said: “Our bus is about 75 per cent complete now and It’s just fantastic the support we are getting both from the public and from business.

“Massive thank you to thegamerbus for giving up their time, and their bus, to raise money for our sleeper bus.”

The company Fragers also has a Nintendo bus touring with GAME across the UK.
