Road closures are planned for Sunday 12th November for the Remembrance Sunday service, to be held at the War Memorial in Colchester.
The top of the High Street to the entrance of Firstsite on East Hill (including Lewis Gardens), and the junction with Queen Street and East Hill will be closed off to all traffic between 8.00am and 12.15pm on Sunday 12th November 2017.
The laybys outside the Town Hall and at the top end of the High Street, near Fenwick, will also be closed.

East Hill will be closed from 8.00am and that traffic flow on Priory Street will be reversed to allow access to the car park.
Diversions will be in place for the duration of the event. Officials will open the roads earlier should it be safe to do so.
